deze week zal ik een hoop tijd spenderen aan dokters, onderzoeken en kiné...maar ik hoop ook voldoende tijd te hebben om nieuw papier te scheppen en te marmeren en achter de naaimachine te kruipen... kwestie van de mood een beetje op peil te houden ;-)

this week I'll spend a lot of my time on doctors, kinesists and checkups... but I hope also to keep enough time for papermaking, marble and sewing... things to cheer me up ;-)

ik koos voor het thema bomen...enerzijds om het project van Frances te steunen, want wat is er mooier dan om mee te helpen de positieve droom van iemand te laten uitkomen...vooral als de droom jou zo ligt ... :-)... ik heb iets met bomen, vind ze mooi, krachtig , kwetsbaar, beschermend, soms een beetje beangstigend tijdens stormen, zacht, vertederend, in groep of in hun eentje , ze staan daar ,...ze groeien in alle vertrouwen dat het goed is zoals het is... je voelt hen in al hun zijn... ik ben dan ook heel gelukkig in mijn tuintje omringd te zijn door heel wat kleurenpracht van hen... als er iets is wat ik eens zou willen zijn, dan denk ik dat het een boom is ... dus ik hoop dat Frances slaagt, steun met wat je kan ...vele kleintjes maken één groot ...ik wou deze maand eigenlijk drie films zien in de bioskoop, maar ik heb ongeveer het bedrag van drie bioskoopkaartjes geschonken... die films komen wel eens ...en het projekt is nu ...en ik hoop dat elk van jullie ook iets wil schenken...in naam van Frances bedankt !

I chose the theme of trees ... first to support the project of Frances (link above), what is more beautiful than to help someone's positive dream come true ... especially if the dream is so you ... :-)... I have something with trees, think they are beautiful, powerful, vulnerable, protective, sometimes a little scary during storms, gentle, endearing, in groups or by themselves, they are there ... they grow in confidence that it is good as it is ... feel they come into his ... I'm very happy in my little garden surrounded by many colors of them ... if there is anything I would agree, then I think it is a tree ... so I hope Frances passes, aid to what you can do ... I wanted to see this month actually three movies in the cinema, but I have about the amount of three cinema tickets donated ... thpse films can wait... and the project is nearly finished ... and I hope each of you wants to give something in the name of Frances ... thanks!

het thema is : favoriete bestemmingen....

natuurlijk komen er dan een heleboel plekjes mijn netvlies langs : frankrijk heeft heel veel mooie plekjes, Nederland ook, wij in België ook... iets verder : Rome, Madrid, Barcelona, Zwitserland....en dan de dromen : Toscanië; Stockholm, Istanbul, Marokko, Tibet, Indië, Denemarken.... zo veel plekjes ... maar als ik nadenk dan weet ik dat reizen maar leuk is omdat je telkens weer naar huis kan komen... de plek waar je altijd kan zijn wie je bent ...je eigen plekje , je eigen ritme, je eigen spulletjes ...waar ik ook ga en voor hoelang ...het gevoel van thuis komen is steeds weer heerlijk...dus eigenlijk is mijn eenvoudige omgeving mijn favoriete plekje ...

The theme is favorite destinations ....Of course there are a lot of spots along my retina: France has many beautiful spots, including Netherlands and Belgium also ... little further: Rome, Madrid, Barcelona, Switzerland .... and then the dream: Tuscany, Stockholm, Istanbul, Morocco, Tibet, India, Denmark .... so many places ... but I think I know that traveling is fun because you always come home again ... where you can always be who you are ... you own place, your own rhythm, your own stuff ... where I go and how long ... the feeling of coming home is always so nice ... simple fact is my favorite spot near my ...

vandaag is een dag voor Tine, we hadden een intense vriendschap meer dan 30jaar geleden en later sporadische contacten, maar ze vond me via facebook en we hadden zin om weer eens bij te praten en onze vriendschap terug wat te intensifiëren...
een paar dingen die onze vriendschap van toen schetsen : de muziek van Angelo Branduardi ,
door haar maakte ik de eerste keer kennis met pitriet vlechten , we hadden pennenvriendinnen in Finland en we probeerden zo gezond mogelijk te eten...
en nu, meer dan 30jaar later gaan we deze middag in de tuin genieten van de zon , een babbel en nog steeds een gezonde salade :-)

today is a day for Tine, almost more then thirthy years we became friends...she find me with facebook and ask me if I want to meet her again...
the things I remember the most about that time 're: the musique from Angelo Branduardi (link above), she gave me the first idea to starting with weaving wicker, we had correspondent friends in Finland and we tried to eat healthy...
and this sunny afternoon we meet eachother again for a long talk in my garden en of corse eating a healthy salade ... ;-)

ik ben in een dubbele mood : enerzijds de aanpak van het herinrichten : de slaapkamer krijgt een nieuwe verfbeurt (hoort volgens mij bij de nieuwe matrassen) en dan wat leuke accescoires erbij... en eigenlijk moet nadien de keuken een verfbeurt krijgen :-) .... maar je mijn lijfje is een beetje in protest bij zoveel druk bezig zijn : gisteren kreeg ik van de neuro-chirurg te horen dat een operatie onvermijdelijk is , de pijn wordt alleen maar erger en dus ga ik op 4augustus onder het mes ... dus ik beloof mezelf , zeker met het zonnetje, ook relaxmomentjes in de tuin...

en ik heb een 'groots idee' :-) : ik wil een 'internationale swap' organiseren ... ik schrijf er deze week een uitgebreider blogje over ...

on this moment I want two things : the redecoration of my bedroom and after that the kitchen and on the other side the neurologist told me yesterday I need an operation for my back( the pain is getting worse), so on 4august I go for a week in the hospital... and of course I would like that the redecorations're finished before ...

and I've the idea to organize one 'international swap' ... so, keep one eye on my blog ...I'll write about it this week ...

als ik om me heen kijk en de chaos aanschouw op wereldvlak dan bedenk ik dat het tijd is,

dat we met onze lessen iets doen... misschien is de belangrijkste les dat wij niets kunnen controleren... we verzekeren ons tegen van alles en nog wat, we willen dingen in de hand houden...dit meestal vanuit een onzekerheid, angst, een niet vertrouwen... maar steeds meer leert het universum ons, dat er vanuit angst niets te controleren valt...laten we vanuit een vertrouwen leven en geloven dat alles gebeurt om een reden, het doet er niet toe welke, maar vertrouwen dat die voor ons op dat ogenblik nodig is ...en vanuit dit vertrouwen komt na elke harde winter weer een mooie nieuwe lente ...

en geloof me , ik heb veel harde winters doorstaan...

when I look around and behold the chaos on the world stage then I think it's time,that we do something with what we learned... Perhaps the most important lesson is, that we can not control ... We insure ourselves against all kinds of things, we want things under control ... this is usually from one uncertainty, fear, trust no one ... but increasingly the universe teaches us that there is nothing to fear from ... let's check is from a living trust and believe that everything happens for a reason, it does not matter what, but trust that for us at that time needed ... and from that confidence comes after every hard winter weather a beautiful spring ...

and believe me, I've endured many hard winters ...

sometimes you've to go your own way, because their is no other way...you don't find the right words to express yourself and even how hard you try, there's no other to reach... I've been there and now I feel the same way... I know there's always a reason and a light so I'm not afraid... but I must admit I would I could reach the other on the same frequences...but whatever happens, I know at the end , I'll be a stronger person than before with so much to be grateful for...
